So, what TV shows did you like as a kid?
Personally, I enjoyed The Crystal Maze. It wasn't really aimed specifically at kids, but it was popular with them - I suspect because we got to see grown adults failing at simple tasks and falling into water and generally making fools of themselves
.
I also really enjoyed Jungle Run, which had similar gameplay, but was specifically aimed at children, and featured older kids and younger teenagers (say, 10-13 years old?) as participants.
What about you?

I'm gonna answer with one of my favorite shows as a kid in just five simple words:
STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION
Jean-Luc Picard (well played by Sir Patrick Stewart) was the Entertprise's Captain, and the Captain I wish James T. Kirk was in Star Trek: The Original Series

Hey, I can't hate. I was born in 1976 and some of those old shows stick with me too.

OK. My response should go in the music section, but I digress. I am a theme song guy. Having said that, I'm admitting to being a huge fan of all the themes of each show you listed except one: Eight is Enough.

I'll see your American Bandstand and The Six Million Dollar Man and I'll raise you The Bionic Woman and Soul Train
Any show that aired in Chicago like Kidding Around, Weekend Edition with Theresa Gutierrez, WGN Presents, Monstrous Movie, The 3:30/3 O'Clock Movie and The Bozo Show. I have an extensive vintage Chicago TV guide collection, because I'm proud of my Chicago TV heritage.

Another one I loved was Get Your Own Back, where you had children competing against adults (such as parents or teachers) who, in their opinion, had wronged them in some way. They played a series of physical games - and then, whichever child had the most points at the end of the show got to dunk their grown-up in gunge!
