I just listened to this all the way through, and... good words

I'm not saying that nobody should ever be 'cancelled': there are times when it is appropriate (when somebody does something truly heinous or beyond the pale). However, when it's just "Such-and-such a thing can be misinterpreted in such-and-such a way by such-and-such a person"... then, yes, it gets tiresome quickly, and it just ends up alienating everyone.
Like you said: it starts from the heart. That's a message that we need more of IMO.
