Wow, those uniform mix-ups always amaze me. I understand how they happen... but I *don't* understand why people double down after being corrected.

Those are Karens for ya!

Uniform Mix Up:
Normal people would apologize and try to find someone who actually work there to help. If the original person is a nice enough person, they would have no problem helping them. A Karen, on the other hand, will swear up and down a streak that YOU WORK THERE! Figure that if you don't help them, they would get you fired, or they themselves would get violent on you. It never works out the way they want!

As for the second scenario, You're dealing with a Karen with some "authority"... well, she HAD some authority.
